Catriona Kerr
Catriona Kerr manages Gym 208 and our team of fitness instructors. She is a fully qualified Level 3 Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer and is also qualified in nutrition, exercise referral and training adolescents. She is a qualified Pilates, Spin and Body Pump trainer and also teaches Circuits, Kettlebells and Boxercise.

Kyla Trainor
Kyla is a fully qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor also is also trained to deliver a number of classes including Circuits, Spin, Chi Me, Chair Aerobics and NHS Strength and Balance. Kyla’s background is GAA-based having played county football for Down LGFA for 10+ years and having previously coached Antrim Ladies senior team.

Gabriel Leech
Gabriel is a Level 2 qualified Gym Instructor and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a BA in Sports Science awarded by Lancaster University. Gabriel provides structured, effective programming to support clients of all levels whether looking to improve general fitness, build strength or enhance performance by making training approachable, sustainable and results driven.

Mon & Tues: 6.00am – 9.00pm Weds: 7.00am – 9.00pm Thurs & Fri: 7.00am – 7.30pm Sat: 8.00am – 1.00pm Sun: 9.00am – 1.00pm

Minimum age for all gym users is 16
** Student membership is for student’s over 16 years of age and in full time education
